"KONSERVOELIA" VARIETY OLIVES OF TOP QUALITY

  • We produce "Konservoelia" of Pelion (EU protected product) which is greenish and is collected relatively unripe and is carved or "beaten" to reduce bitterness. It is kept in brine and is ready for consumption in 2-3 days.

  • "Konservoelia" of Pteleos is almost indistinguishable in quality and characteristics with the "Konservoelia" of Pelion and belongs to the same categorization, but it is produced in southwestern Magnesia and thus its name has received an additional geographical designation.

  • Black "Vinegar" variety Olives of Pelion that are fermented naturally and packaged in brine, red vinegar and olive oil. Black olives are low in calories, contain healthy fats, and have many health benefits.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

  • We produce extra virgin olive oil of Pelion harvested from olive trees at the groves in the Pelion mountain. It has a golden yellow color and is used for salads and other cooking dishes. It is the common type of olive oil that is widely consumed in homes and restaurants. It is characterized by its intense taste and its nutrition and very low acidity.

 

  • Pelion extra virgin "Agoureleo" oil that has emerged in recent years as a product of high nutritional value, as it contains vitamins, polyphenols and minerals that have antioxidant properties. It has significant nutritional and medicinal properties. It is produced from early harvests and has a relatively intense green color as it is produced exclusively from green olives and needs larger quantities of fruit than ripe oil.
